Ennea Cancún

Ennea sits at the south end of the Zona Hotelera, on Playa Delfines, away from the noise of the Party Center. Two pools open onto the sea and the Balinese beds rest under macramé umbrellas, with the palapa and raffia lamps shading the restaurant. Out of chef Rafael Cervantes' kitchen come tuna tiraditos with passion fruit sauce, tartare and Baja California fish tacos, while the DJ keeps a tribal house set running that builds through the afternoon; on WILD nights, the fire shows, the contortionists and the dancers take over.
