Our service

Vibing is a luxury concierge service in Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum. We coordinate reservations and experiences on behalf of clients. Our service is free — we earn commissions from partner providers.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and provider confirmation. Vibing acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for provider cancellations. Cancellation policies vary by provider and will be communicated at booking.

Limitation of liability

Vibing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
